I’m Missy!

Creator of all the fun projects, lover of art, lettering, Bible journaling and crafting.

Welcome! A little bit about me…I started lettering around 2014. I started out all wrong – using the wrong pens, paper, techniques, you name it…I got discouraged and stopped trying to letter for a while. Enter the iPad pro – (cue dramatic music). The answer to my lettering issues! I basically became obsessed with lettering on my iPad. Eventually, I figured out the right supplies for traditional lettering, and now I do both.

Acrylic paint and watercolor are my go-to’s for painting. For The Tiny Petal Society Mail Club, I focus on bold florals painted with acrylics. I may mix in some gouache and watercolor eventually - I love them all!

I also love Bible journaling. I came across this on Pinterest – and once again – obsessed. I’m seeing a pattern here…Anyway, it’s the perfect way for me to learn more about the Bible, and it’s a bonus that my pages get pretty art in the process.

I do work full-time as an accountant, and like to call myself a creative nerd.
